Student Success Statement (Glasgow)

Student Success Statement

"Success is simple.
Do what's right, the right way,
at the right time."
Arnold H. Glasgow

I think Glasgow is trying to say how easy it is to be successful, and the way to do it is by choosing the right and trying your hardest, whenever it's needed. In a way by being honest, never cheating and giving it your all, you are destined for success.

Student Success Statement (Evans)

Student Success Statement

"We need to encourage to start and continue what we should do, and the courage to stop what we shouldn't do."

Richard L. Evans

In this quote Evans is saying we need to start making people choose the right and we need to stand up against what is wrong. And in my point of view this is true because in today's society people have lost their way and in turn lost most of their morals. Some need to be told what is right and shown why it's wrong. But just telling them isn't enough, us as a community need to take part and stop what we are doing wrong.

Student Success Statement

"Start with what is right rather than what is acceptable"

Peter F. Drucker

To me the Drucker is explaining how hard you should work at you're goals. Rather than getting by on the bare minimum, one should try to reach the highest of their capabilities when trying to achieve a goal, if possible even surpass what is right and strive for perfection.

Some medical schools also require course work in calculus, English, the humanities, or social science.

Medical school usually includes two years of additional study in both basic and clinical sciences and is followed by a year-long hospital internship. Physicians who want to specialize must then undertake a three year residency in their specialty.
