One of my goals was to join lacrosse, I’ve been on the team for three weeks and I’m slowly getting the hang of it, although I am not as good as my teammates, I practice every day to improve. Another was to watch less television, and now I don’t even watch it anymore, I spend more time reading than I do watching television. I am slowly making progress to better myself and completing my goals, hopefully I will complete all of them.

I think pyramid healing is essentially mediation, and the pyramid seems unnecessary. Personally, i don's believe the claims but, to each his own.
