Sleep is  instrumental for staying in good health. Sleep allows, not only body your body to rest, but also your mind. With sleep you relax every part of you and allows you to recuperate from the daily stresses of life. With proper sleep you'll find yourself less stressed, thinking more clearly, and feel better overall. Sleep is something we take for granted and we should enjoy the time we do have to fully rest.
